Our Story

Ethan, a college junior, Julia, a college sophomore, and Connor, a high school senior, came together with a shared idea: holidays should feel more fun, more connected, and more memorable. After noticing how easy it was for family time to get lost in distractions, they wanted to create something that would bring people back together in a meaningful way.

That idea turned into our holiday-themed game boxes, which are carefully curated experiences designed to spark laughter, conversation, and genuine connection. Each box is made to turn ordinary gatherings into something special, helping families create moments they’ll actually remember.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple goal: to make it easier for people to unplug, have fun, and truly enjoy time with the ones who matter most.

Ethan is a junior at Boston College who has a passion for bringing people together. His idea for Family Season came after he noticed how time with your loved ones slips by too fast, and therefore built an experience that truly creates lasting memories. Outside of building Family Season, Ethan is an avid tennis player.

Julia is a sophomore at Elon University who, after heading to college, realized that time spent with the people she cares about is not always guaranteed. With the fast-moving nature of the world, Julia co-founded Family Season to prioritize the moments that matter. Outside of building Family Season, Julia loves painting and knitting.

Connor is a freshman at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who has always loved hands-on building. Coupled with his desire to create meaningful experiences, Family Season has allowed him to make a positive impact on others. Outside of co-founding Family Season, Connor runs track and will be running at MIT
